There's a wonderful regional book fair coming to Cincinnati, Ohio, in just more than a week: Books by the Banks at Duke Energy Center on Saturday, November 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
I want to plug the event not only because I'm participating but also because there is
a fabulous lineup of 100+ authors and illustrators from various genres and formats,
more than a dozen author stage talks, spotlights, and panels,
several great sessions on writing and publishing for those interested in the industry,
a superhero-themed kids' corner with story times and activities,
and a cosplay teen scene where visitors can make their own cosplay pieces, and more.
Plus! It's an indoor event on a cold November weekend. Best part? It's free and open to the public!
You don't want to miss these fabulous authors ... and they're just the headliners!
Here's a schedule of some events in the kids' corner ...
There will be 20+ children's book authors and author-illustrators on site for those with littles.
There will be more than 150 titles on sale, purchased through Joseph-Beth Booksellers, on site ... and authors ready and willing to sign!
I can't wait to see some of you there!
